The Connecticut Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling Program is meant to help those in Connecticut struggling with drug and alcohol dependency. This is treatment program that can be used as an alternative to jail time for those charged with a crime in Connecticut who are also drug dependent. There are a few other requirements that Attorney Fontaine discusses in this episode.
